The drafting process has been beneficial to the group and I because it allowed us to gain feedback on how we can improve each draft in order to ensure our final digipak is of high standard and is appealing to our target audience as well as it containing all the necessary information.
The drafts:
Draft 1 -
Good Points
- The colour scheme is good
- Star image is good on the inside cover
Bad Points
-Make Artist and album name clearer
- Add in key info
- Change inside CD
- Ancillary isn't constant
Draft 2 -
Good Points:
- Images and conventions are consistent
- Advert idea is consistent
- Tracks are written well
Bad Points
- the front cover and the inside image need to have the same effect
- front and back cover look two different colours
- Add production images to the back
- Make CD insert more simple
For our final product we had to ensure that our digipak included all the important information such as the artist name, images of the artist, list of the track list, a barcode, name of the album and the name and logo of the record label.

Good evidence of drafting your ancillary products here and thinking about them critically.
